The Trigger Buster

Of all of the tools that I've come across in my life, one of the very best ones is called the Trigger Buster.

In a single sitting, it can address just about any trigger, whether it's an insecurity, fear, frustration, or unhealthy expectation. It involves first identifying a simple sentence that captures the core of the trigger such as "My brother shouldn't insult me." or "I'm not a good enough parent."

The Trigger Buster is simply a series of questions that expand our minds, engage our subconscious mind, raise our awareness, and bring truth and light into what is often a dark and miserable place of suffering due to an unhealthy thought.

I've yet to be able to successfully teach someone the Trigger Buster by simply listing the questions. There is something lost in translation when I do that, so rather than listing them here, here are some ways that you can try it out:
